Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit via an eGift card sent to your email address on record at the time of your online purchase.

To be eligible for a refund for your item, you must send an email requesting your refund to sales@creationsbynyelaiman.com along with a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase as well as your reason for a refund request. 

To receive a refund, you must send us your request within 30 days of the purchase of your item from Creations by Nyela Iman, LLC. We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your request, to let you know if the refund was approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, you will receive a store credit with Creations by Nyela Iman, LLC via an e-Gift Card sent to your email address on record. Allow up to 14 business days for processing your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you believe your item purchased was damaged before your receipt, send us an email requesting either a refund or a replacement of the damaged item you purchased along with a png or jpeg photo that shows the damage on the item. Send your email to sales@creationsbynyelaiman.com.  Allow up to 14 business days for processing your request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
